Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates an emotional release. When we breathe in a large amount of pranic energy, we can naturally release blockages and traumas in our body. Some of these blockages may have been with us from birth. Unlike methods such as psychotherapy, figuring out the root cause is not neccessary, we can naturally release these internal blockages via conscious, circular breathing.

Breathwork is not 'Pranayama' the beautiful ancient method used by yogis to quiet the mind and centre. While Pranayama is essential in daily life for it's purpose, Breathwork, actually does, somewhat, the opposite. It allows you to enter into an inner journey beyond time, and space... whichever state your subconscious is ready to give away.

Studies show that we live 95% of the time in our subconscious mind and only 5% in our conscious mind. Our subconscious is just like a programmed computer and most of this programming is done before age 6. Scientists have proven that most of our beliefs, decisions, actions, and behaviors all stem from the subconscious. In order to make a change in our physical reality, we must use specific tools and techniques, such as breathwork to access and re-pattern the subconscious.
