Sometimes on our life journey we feel stuck.. we detour off our path...unsure  of our way forward.. in need of tools that enable us to re-navigate.  Every person experiences the ups and downs of life and can benefit from a safe and neutral space to share their emotions and gain new perspectives.. sometimes thats all it takes to get the ball rolling again. We often need to venture within and face our deepest darkest corners so that we can resolve the conflicts that have gathered in there. 

 

During Holistic Healing session, we will open and explore the mind, body and soul, when addressing a particular life issue. Using a variety of contemporary counselling practices, somatic and energetic healing techniques, this approach will allow the opportunity to see outside your everyday patterns, so that new perspectives come through in regards to how you see yourself and the world around you.

 

You will leave sessions feeling centred, grounded and empowered to make positive changes and shift repetitive patterns in your life, with an increased understanding of how to manage the unconscious feelings that influence your daily life.

WHAT DOES A SESSION INVOLVE?

A Holistic Healing Session is tailored to the unique nature and purpose of your visit and often entails non-invasive holistic counselling techniques with a somatic approach, as well as a range of evidence based therapeutic techniques such as; cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred, humanistic, solution-focussed, acceptance and committment therapy, Jungian and mindfulness techniques.

Sessions are intended to leave your body, mind and soul feeling lighter, so that you feel a clearer and more connected, with  an increased ability to manifest your destined reality, rather than your pre-ordained fate (conditioned and unconscious manifestation of your reality). As a Clairsentient Empath, I have the ability to see the bigger picture to what you are going through and why.

 

Sessions may also include, but are not limited to the following holistic tools and techniques :

 

·     Quantum Shift Healing - This powerful technique will reveal new perspectives on your life experiences and why certain patterns / cycles may be repeating. It transforms emotions, limiting beliefs and thought patterns so that you can make new choices and discover the highter purpose to your life experiences.  The root cause of your pain will be explored so that the truth of your story, who you are and why you are here will become clear. 

·     Somatic Therapy - Through the connection of mind and body, we can treat mental and emotional health issues and make lasting change. Unlike standard mental health therapy that focusses predominantly on the mind, somatic therapy incorporates body oriented modalities to release stress, tension and trauma from the body.

·      Energy Healing techniques to aid in the healing process. Energy therapies help unblock and rebalance our energy flow in order to promote wellbeing. If one's "life force energy" is low, we are more likely to fall ill or feel stress. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. 

·       Lifestyle Analysis - To maintain good health, it is crucial to eat nutritious foods, avoid toxicity, decrease stress & engage in appropriate physical activity. We must improve the body's inner function, whilst decreasing external environmental stressors in order to improve our overall wellbeing.

·       Meditation & Mindfulness -  Through the power of meditation & mindfulness practices, we can learn to better cope with the stresses of daily life & embark on a journey towards inner peace, clarity, resolve & wholeness.  

·       Yoga therapy  -In recent years, the medical community has increasingly become aware of the benefits of yoga on physical & psychological health. Yoga meaning 'union' is designed to create a deep connection between the mind, body & spirit. 

·       Breathwork - A healing and transformational tool. A bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, between the body, mind and spirit. It can enable you to tap into your deepest wisdom and it can heal on all levels.

·       Crystal Therapy - Crystals have energy properties that can work within our own energy systems. Specific crystals can can help relieve ailments such as anxiety, depression and insomnia, or more physical ailments, such as digestive problems.

·       Aromatherapy & essences  -  Through topical application, inhalation or ingestion - pure Essential Oils  can stimiluate our emotional brain. Your emotions affect every system and organ in your body. Essential oils can aid in healing a range of ailments and promote emotional balance.  

 

The road to healing takes patience, commitment and a willingness to do the internal work. There are no quick fixes. You need to be willing to delve deep, make the neccessary changes, trust your journey & believe in yourself.

ABOUT ME...

 

I am a Holistic Healing Practitioner &  Counsellor, with over 15 years experience.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients, with often complex and multiple needs.

My career began when I became a Social Worker in 2005, working within crisis centres, the homelessness and housing sector, complex mental health, youth refuges, outreach, aged care, multicultural and refugee organisations, hospitals, government agencies and community services.

My journey has been all about healing.. (and like everyone)... healing myself.. in order so I can help others heal on a deep, transformational level.

I have a BA in Social Work & Arts, training in Hypnotherapy, Holistic Healing, Somatic therapy practices, Emotional Healing, Regression Therapy and Reiki healing (Master level).

I am also an International Yoga teacher, Meditation coach, Massage Therapist, Breathwork faciilitator, Quantum Therapist, Health Educator and Dance teacher.

Assisting clients along their life journey is my passion and purpose.  I take enormous care in supporting my clients along their path, while working in a collaborative way to help gain a deeper awareness, understanding or resolution to what it is that they are currently experiencing.

I firmly believe that there is always a greater purpose to our pain...and we owe it to ourselves to honour & explore it so that we can grow and flourish.
