RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you can return the item within 28 days for a refund or credit note. Items must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached and original packaging. Return postage to Bali is at your own expense.

Faulty products:  If you believe any item is faulty, or different to the item advertised, then please contact our online customer service to discuss the issue with us. Faulty products do not include items that have been damaged after delivery, general wear and tear, or items where you haven't followed the care label instructions.

SALE ITEMS: Please note, no returns on some sale items (see individual product listings for detalils)

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item, here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Contact us and ask for a returns form which you will need to send back to us with your item
  • To ensure your returned items arrive safely, please use express post or registered post.  Tevita is not liable for the postage cost of returns, or any items lost during post.
  • Once we have verified the return is valid we will send you a refund or credit note.
